The cars in the photo are the Sullman Singer special and a Riley Special driven by Jimmy Raynes. The Raynes car is identical to the car on the left of the Barnet photo, so I think we can safely say that car is a Riley.
I believe the photo was taken at Woudestein 1936, if you look closely to the right of the photo there is a guy standing on a van filming the event. So somewhere in Holland there just might be a film recording of the event!!! All we now need is a Dutch enthusiast to check it out!!!!!!!!
