I might have missed out but I've looked hard at the history chapters and can't find any reference to this group. They seemed to have spouted about doing things in the early 1980s but actually don't seem to have done anything. They might well have done British midget car racing more harm than good IMO. It all looks like a publicity exercise to may that when put to the test back-fired. The other lot seem to have survived and are still around today.

Namicsa was a group that wanted to get midget car racing back in as part of speedway and use the bike tracks. They also wanted only front-engined cars. It got a lot of publicity but never made much impact because it couldn't get enough drivers. Was it 1982 that it started to get itself into the limelight. Tony Stubbs and Ian Fraser Ker were the main guys who put the venture into the limelight. I remember Geoff Rumble who built the Dastle cars was one of their drivers.
