I have enjoyed the world championship details. How about listing the National champions for the main countries?

Odd that we've never had an English Championship for GP Midgets which would be more fitting than a National or British! With the Scots supposedly having a couple of cars ready for the jaunt North this year things could be about to change although I've not had any detail from the lads up there - they promised to send some info but I think I'd rather they got on with the cars than wasted time emailing me. On the other hand if we could genuinely show some progress up there maybe some more might be tempted to buy or build cars!

I wonder when the last championship race was that the drivers actually had to qualify for? Not with lap times but heats or on points where someone missed the cut. Must have been a long while ago.

The new Scottish Rules insist on rear engined cars only, and insist on a specific Vauxhall motor and g/box, which will limit how many English drivers go.

No news, apparently the two cars in build are not expected to be completed until towards the end of the year. Something to do with having to work for a living as well as play......
