Its a typical 1950's American roadster midget, possibly a Kurtis but there were a few other one offs. While successful on pavement the upright midgets were better on dirt. From the exhaust looks like an Offy and from the mirror which I don't believe were allowed in period this is a fairly recent photo. Only one I've seen in the UK is the immaculate Black one in the Donington Museum, Ez
