Actually, that BSA website is well worth a look for the quite extensive page about old time midgets generally. Although some of it is now a little out of date, that doesn't detract from it much.
Oh, and "confusion" is right. FIFTY cars under construction? I don't think so...

I cannot seem to get on to the BSA website where the midget car info is. Have you got the link's address. It seems interesting from what you say. We're really expanding our historical knowledge on here aren't we.

Reville has also been active as a promoter and driver.In comments elsewhere about a 1930s UK Hall of Fame for drivers I don't see Jean Reville mentioned but undoubtedly but for his iniative in 1934 and 1935 it's unlikely the formula would have ever seen a 1936 season! Reville stands firmly with the likes of Walter Mackereth and Spike Rhiando as deserving a HoF slot for the 1930s.
