Sadly, it is becoming all too obvious which way the wind is blowing, reading between the lines of this story. Actually, never mind between the lines - it's in the story! All anybody thinks or cares about is bloody football. I'm sick to death of hearing about it.
Incidentally, the writer of this latest story John's linked to, seems surprised that the GRA would support a plan which would guarantee the end of greyhound racing at Plough Lane. He is clearly unaware of the fact that the GRA has nothing to do with dogs anymore and that, in 2005, GRA Ltd was sold by Wembley PLC to venture capitalists Risk Capital Partners Ltd for £50 million.
RCP is in the business of making money, not sports promotion.

Motorsport N...10 2012,jpeg[/img] This report in 'Motorsport News' October 10 2012 would indicate that future plans for Wimbledon Stadium will rule out stock car racing and adds to the theory that speedway bikes will never return to Plough Lane. Attachments:

Off the Milton Keynes Community Website with a reference to MK Dons FC website - not AFC Wimbledon: Here is what appears to be an update in regard to Wimbledon Stadium. It's rather wordy but does look as though current suggestion might be no-go? That's if I have read it correctly? www.mkweb.co.uk/mkdons/displayarticle.asp?id=12192
