The basic England team touring Australia and using GNAT midget cars was Jean Reville, Bud Stanley and Ralph Secretan. I think another English driver, already living in Australia, drove in some matches.

The fourth driver for England was Ted Starkey, who only appeared in the test match. Nothing else is known about him. There is speculation he was an Australian driver drafted in to make up the England team to four starters.

I now understand his real name was Stanley Budd and that at one time he lived in Haydons Road, which is quite near to Wimbledon Stadium.
